Plain-English guide

How it works

PushPrint finds out who lives around your business, shows you exactly which streets to mail, then prints and mails the postcards for you. Here is the whole thing, step by step.

Order your neighborhood report

The report is the map of your market: who lives around your address, what they care about, and which neighborhoods fit your business best.

1
Add your business.

Give us your address and website. Our system reads your website and figures out what you offer, so the report speaks your language.

2
Try the free sample first.

Before you pay anything, you can play with a sample report and a sample map built on practice data, so you know exactly what you are buying.

3
Buy the report.

Pay for the report and we build it for your real address: the people, the neighborhoods, the incomes, and where your best future customers live.

4
Add your customer list (optional).

Upload a simple spreadsheet of your customers and the report also shows who you already serve versus who you are missing. Medical businesses sign a HIPAA agreement first, right in the app. We match, keep only the totals, and delete the raw list.

5
Get the report.

We email it to you the moment it is ready. You can download the PDF or open the interactive web version any time from your dashboard.

Good to know: the report fee is credited to your first mailing. If you go on to mail with us, the report effectively costs you nothing.

Build and order a mailer

This is the part that feels like magic: you pick who you want, and the map picks the exact postal routes to reach them.

1
Open the map builder.

From your dashboard, open the builder for your location. You will see your neighborhood colored by the kinds of people who live in each block.

2
Choose who to reach.

Pick the groups you want more of, and drag them into priority order. Set how far around your business to look, by distance or by drive time.

3
Save your route selection.

When the drop looks right, you save that set of postal routes. This is a one-time commitment fee for the selection, and the full amount is credited to your first mailing off it. Mailing the same routes again later costs no new fee.

4
Pick your piece and pay.

Choose the postcard size and quantity. You see the full price up front: printing, postage at cost, and tax on the printing only, minus your credits. Your card is only authorized at checkout; it is charged when our team approves the order for production.

5
Send us your design, or we design it.

Upload your print-ready file, or tell us what you want and our team designs it for you.

6
We print and mail it.

Your postcards go to every mailbox on your chosen routes. You can follow the status on your orders page, and we email you at each step.

Both credits stack: your report fee and your route commitment both come off your first print order. You never pay them on top.

Common questions

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not gone to production. Open your orders and use the cancel button on the order. If your card was only on hold, the hold is released and you are never charged. If the payment was captured, we refund it in full.
Where are my invoices and receipts?
On your orders page, every order has its invoice and receipt as PDF downloads. Refunds get a refund receipt too.
What sizes can I mail?
Two workhorses: an 8.5 by 11 flat card, and an 11 by 17 folded piece. Minimum quantity is 10,000 pieces, then steps of 5,000.
Do I need my customers' addresses?
No. The neighborhood targeting works entirely without a customer list. The list is optional and only makes the report richer.
What is the HIPAA agreement about?
If you run a medical business (like a dental office) and want to upload a patient list, federal privacy law requires a Business Associate Agreement between us first. You review and sign it right in the app with your typed full name. Without it, we simply never process your patient list; everything else still works.
How long does a mailing take?
Once your design is approved, printing and mail prep typically take a few business days, then USPS delivers to every mailbox on your routes.
