Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email, business name, and business address, used to run your account and build your reports.
- Payment details. Handled by our payment processor. PushPrint never stores card numbers.
- Customer lists you upload. Used for one purpose: matching your customers to neighborhood segments for your report.
- Usage basics. Standard web logs and, if enabled, analytics events on our public pages.
Customer lists are purged
After your list is processed, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other person-level identifiers are deleted. What remains is aggregate only: how many of your customers fall into each neighborhood segment. We do not sell, share, or reuse your list.
Medical businesses
If your business is medical or dental, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any list is uploaded. Audience export and any advertising-platform push are disabled for medical accounts.
Neighborhood segment data
The segment data in our reports is modeled consumer information about neighborhoods, licensed from a third-party data provider. It describes areas, not individual households, and it contains no names or contact details of residents.
What we never do
- Sell your data or your customers' data.
- Store Social Security numbers or payment card numbers.
- Use your customer list for anything other than your own report.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing orders@pushprint.com.
