The reports are real. The businesses are samples.

These are complete Neighborhood Reports, the same one you get on your own address, built on example businesses so anyone can open them and poke at everything. No card, no call, no account.

These three run on example businesses built for exactly this purpose, never on client data. Your report is built the same way, on your address and your neighborhood.

Why this works

Mail could always reach the mailbox. It just could never reach the right one.

A social ad can aim at an audience but gets scrolled past. Mail gets held, but most businesses mail blind. PushPrint puts the two together: audience targeting from consumer-segment data, delivered as a real piece of mail to only the carrier routes that fit.

The two products

First we show you who is out there. Then you pick exactly who gets mail.

Two tools, one job. The report shows you who lives around your business and where your customers already come from. The Mail Drop Builder turns that into a drop, route by route. Both are open below on live sample data.

Step 3
from $0.50 per home
We print and mail it

Print and postage together, priced by volume. Your piece, flat or folded, to every mailbox on the routes you chose, minimum 5,000 homes.

Your $2,500 comes off this bill

*How the free report works: the $500 report fee is credited in full to your mail drop. Mail with us and the report costs you nothing. Decide not to mail and it is $500, and the full report is yours to keep.

A 10,000 home drop, worked out
Print + postage $5,500 Report + unlock already paid $2,500 Left to pay at print about $3,000

Reorders on the same routes carry no new unlock fee. Pick the routes once, mail them as often as you like. Sales tax applies to printing only, where the mail is delivered. Postage is never taxed.

What would it take to break even?

$500
On a 10,000 home drop (about $5,500 all in), you break even at 11 new customers. That is 0.11% of the homes mailed.

Just the arithmetic on the cost above and the number you set. It is not a prediction and not a promised response rate.

How it works

Four steps from sign-up to mailboxes.

You tell us about your business. We do the mapping, the printing, and the mailing. You decide who and where.

1

Create your account.

Sign up, add your business address and website. Play with the live samples first if you want; they are open to everyone.

2

Get your Neighborhood Report.

We map who lives around your office by consumer segment. Share your customer list and we show which neighborhoods already love you.

3

Build your mail drop.

Pick the group you want more of, exactly like the map above, and the carrier routes that fit turn gold. Adjust until the drop looks right.

4

We print and mail it.

Your piece on heavy stock, a full page or an 11 x 17 folded, dropped into every mailbox on the routes you chose.

The data underneath

Who lives around you? These 17 groups cover every neighborhood.

We sort every household around your business into these groups so you can see who is there and pick who to reach. Your report and your mail drop run on the same data. Open any group to see the segments inside.

neighborhood, mapped

Photos illustrate the typical life stage and setting of each group, not real residents. Segment figures are modeled consumer information about neighborhoods, provided as-is. They describe areas, not any one household.

Questions, answered straight

The things people ask before they mail.

What does it cost, total?
Your Neighborhood Report is free* if you mail with us: you pay $500 up front and every dollar is credited to your drop. The route builder unlock is $2,000, also credited in full. Print and postage run from $0.50 per home by volume, so a 10,000 home drop lands at about $5,500 all in plus sales tax on the printing. If you decide not to mail, the report is $500 and it is yours to keep.
How fast do pieces land in mailboxes?
Once your design is approved, printing and mail prep typically take a few business days. USPS then delivers to every mailbox on your routes over the following days.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 5,000 homes per drop. Quantities step in 5,000s from there, and smaller runs carry a slightly higher per-piece print rate than larger ones.
Who designs the piece?
Either of two paths: we design it for you, built around who lives on the routes you picked, or you upload your own design using our templates.
What if I already have a designer?
Perfect. Hand them our template files. They reserve the USPS postage and address space so nothing gets rejected at the mail house, and we check every file before it prints.
Is my customer list safe?
Your list is used for one thing: matching your customers to neighborhood segments so your report shows where you already win. After processing, names, phones, and emails are purged; only neighborhood-level totals remain. Medical businesses sign a BAA before any list is uploaded, and audience exports are disabled for medical accounts.
What areas do you cover?
Any U.S. address. The reports and the route builder run on USPS carrier routes, which cover every neighborhood in the country.
What happens after I order my report?
We build your Neighborhood Report on your actual address, with your customer list folded in if you shared one. You get the full interactive report, just like the samples. Mail with us and the $500 you paid is credited in full, so the report ends up free. Decide not to mail and it is $500, yours to keep.

About results. Results depend on your offer, creative, market, and timing. PushPrint does not guarantee response rates or return on investment.

About the data. Segment data is modeled consumer information about neighborhoods, provided as-is. It describes areas at the neighborhood level, not any individual household, and is not a guarantee about who you will reach. EDDM mails every door on a chosen route.
