Terms of service

Plain-English terms for using PushPrint's EDDM reports, route builder, and print-and-mail service.

What PushPrint provides

PushPrint provides neighborhood analysis reports, a carrier-route selection tool, and print-and-mail fulfillment for Every Door Direct Mail campaigns. You buy each piece separately: the Neighborhood Report, the route builder unlock for a location, and the printing and mailing of a campaign.

Your responsibilities

About the data

Segment data is modeled consumer information about neighborhoods, provided as-is. It describes areas at the neighborhood level, not any individual household. It is not a guarantee about who you will reach, and PushPrint does not guarantee response rates or return on investment.

Customer lists

If you upload a customer list, we use it only to build your report's penetration analysis. After processing, names, phone numbers, and email addresses are purged; only neighborhood-level aggregates remain. Medical businesses must sign a Business Associate Agreement before uploading any list, and audience exports are disabled for medical accounts. See the privacy policy.

Delivery

After your design is approved, printing and mail prep typically take a few business days. Delivery is performed by USPS on its own schedule; PushPrint cannot guarantee a specific in-home date.

Liability

PushPrint's liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
